Bio & Qualifications 

Hello, my name is Kathryn Brookes. I hold a Master’s Degree in Organisational Consultancy from the internationally-renowned Tavistock Clinic.

The Tavistock has been at the forefront of theory, research and experiential learning in leadership, organisational and team dynamics for over 60 years. Its systems-psychodynamic framework blends whole systems thinking, group relations and psychodynamic principles. 

Throughout my career I have worked alongside many groups and individuals to help them achieve change, consensus and learning:

• In the education sector - through teaching, facilitating and mentoring,

• In NHS general management - through operational and planning roles in hospitals and strategic partnership work across acute/primary/social care sectors for a local area.

I am a graduate of the NHS General Management Training Scheme and an alumna of the University of Oxford. 

I hold a postgraduate qualification in management (health) and a teaching PGCE.
